The idea of a preschool exchange (studying abroad at a nursery school) is fantastic. It gives our child, and any other children in fact, the opportunity to immerse oneself in a different setting, a different culture, a different way of learning, communicating, and behaving. While there were challenges, i.e., different language, different practices, and different ways of communicating, our child thoroughly enjoyed herself throughout her 2 weeks at the school. She enjoyed school days, reminiscing about the good food, the spacious classrooms, the various interesting activities, the fun times she had with her classmates and friends, running around the playground, etc. Our child was fortunate to participate in the school's Hina Matsuri Festivals, the monthly cafe session organised with and for the local community, where the children became waiters and waitresses for their seniors, and not to forget the graduation aquarium outing. Thank you for the blessed experiences!

The teachers and the team at Mino City Nursery School were fabulous in dealing with and taking care of children. Although we faced difficulties communicating with them, they tried their best to update us on how our child was coping in school. Our child would come back from school every day, telling us of her experiences, of how her teachers helped her, how the team (in preschool) looked out for her. The Principal of Mino Nursery School, Chinatsu Sensei, Lumiko Sensei, all the teachers and staff of Mino City, thank you so much for taking care of Shilubia Chan the past 2 weeks. She had a wonderful experience in school and constantly talked about her fun times, even after having left Mino City. Thank you for making it a memorable experience for her as well as for us. We felt very blessed to be in your care.

Also to the people in Mino City, Wasita Office, Asami San and Rie San (who helped with translation), and the boss of Mam's Bakery (who quietly looked out for us). Thank you for giving us a wonderful experience.
